If you have any questions or comments, you can telephone us or send a letter or e-mail. You can also fill in the form below.

The Cultural Heritage Inspectorate will endeavour to respond to the questions or remarks in your letter or e-mail within two working days. If more time is required, an acknowledgement is sent within two working days. In such cases, an answer will be sent within ten working days after receipt of your letter or e-mail. We will notify you in the acknowledgement of how much time we require to process your inquiry.

Do you want to complain?

The Cultural Heritage Inspectorate strives to perform its work as carefully and professionally as possible. However, should you be dissatisfied with your contact with the State Inspectorate for Cultural Heritage or the performance of one of our employees, you can register your complaint by telephoning us, writing a letter or using the form below. You will receive an acknowledgement within two working days. Your complaint will be handled within six weeks.
